Roman Baths

I have worked extensively in the Roman Baths over a long period. King Bladud in the Kings Baths (left) was the first  conservation project in 1982. Followed by the Roman generals in the Great Baths (top). As Nimbus Conservation we repaired much of the plaster around the Great Bath.

 

I also carved Julius Ceasar (top right). Their have been many small projects not mentioned here but among these are the adult learners sessions . I provided demonstrations of letter cutting  masonry and painting the finished piece. The work I made for this subsequently provided tests for Roman repairs and polychrome (right.)
